During this workshop you will create your own All Natural Deodorant along with  your very Own Drawing Salve that you absolutely want on your shelf this summer season for tick, bug bites & stings. We are literally starting from scratch... you will be the creator! The wax? That is rendered here from our very own beehives... You will learn all of the beneficial properties that will be added and why they work. Refreshments & light snacks will be provided during our time together.

Join us for a hands-on experience where the land itself becomes both teacher and apothecary. Together, we’ll wander the land and woods to forage wild plants growing right here, learning how to identify, harvest, and honor them with care. Along the way, you’ll discover the traditional wisdom and amazing properties of these local herbs.

After our walk, we’ll gather to craft teas and tinctures—transforming fresh and dried plants into nourishing blends you can take home. You’ll learn the simple steps of preparing herbal remedies, from steeping and drying to extracting plant properties into liquid form.

What you’ll experience:

• Guided plant identification and ethical foraging practices
• Hands-on creation of your own tea blend and tincture
• Understanding the uses and benefits of what we have foraged & created
• Connection to the rhythms of the land and the wisdom of plants

This workshop is a celebration of slowing down, reconnecting with the earth, and carrying home not only your crafted remedies, but also the knowledge to continue this practice in your daily life.

You are invited to gather with your family for a gentle, immersive evening inspired by the folklore of Baba Yaga—a keeper of the forest, a guardian of thresholds, and a figure who reminds us that a little courage can lead to something meaningful

 We will begin at the threshold

To enter, you must come prepared.

 A secret word will be shared with you after you reserve your space.  

This word will be required for entry—whether you meet us at the woodland path or at the cabin door.

Because in old stories… not everyone is meant to enter the forest.

 Once inside, we will…

• Gather around the fire for a guided, fireside telling of the Baba Yaga story  

• Slow down and listen to the sounds of the woods around us  

• Create a handcrafted Forest Protection Charm using natural elements—something to carry with you long after you leave  

This is a space for connection, imagination, and quiet magic—held in a way that feels safe, grounded, and not overwhelming for little ones.

 In case of inclement weather, we will move inside the cozy cabin and gather fireside there.

 Please dress for the elements and come ready to be present, respectful, and just a little bit brave...just like Baba Yaga teaches
